Hyperautomation

What is Hyperautomation?

Hyperautomation is used to automate and streamline the IT processes of an organization without human intervention to reduce costs, create a stronger competitive position, and improve customer experience.

Hyperautomation orchestrates advanced technologies such as RPA, AI, ML, Process Mining, and other tools to scale automation capabilities in an organization. It further automates already automated processes, taking business operations beyond individual input. The ultimate goal of hyperautomation remains to develop a method for automating enterprise automation.

Smart automation backed by AI/ML deals with unstructured information to make more nuanced decisions, enabling organizations to serve customer requirements and achieve business objectives faster. Hyperautomation also creates a digital twin or a real-time virtual representation of the organization (DTO).

As a business ecosystem operates in a distributed manner, hyperautomation eases the organization’s burden of repetitive processes and legacy infrastructure to deliver seamless operations and optimized customer experience.

Hyperautomation assists and navigates businesses to:

  • Gather process insights
  • Use Process Mining to identify gaps as opportunities for digital process automation
  • Generate a clearer view of existing processes, including the digital twin
  • Identify the structured and unstructured data and other inputs to accomplish the processes
  • Predict outcomes in terms of efficiencies and ROI
  • Determine the automation platform and automation technologies that best serve and leverage existing tools and algorithms
  • Automate complex and already automated business and technology processes and tasks to gain greater efficiencies or further cost reductions
  • Use AI tools including cognitive learning, OCR, NLP, and Low-code or no-code technologies to simplify the automation process
