We empower our communities with these strategic initiatives:

  • Campus Reach
    Since 1998,  we’ve partnered with academic institutions in Sri Lanka and India to nurture the next generation of IT professionals through curriculum development, internships, and mentoring.
  • Digital Reach
    Initiated in 2009, we strive to create an inclusive society by IT-enabling communities. As a result, we built a Digital Learning Center (DLC) for war rehabilitees in Sri Lanka as well as several IT labs for rural schools in India and Sri Lanka. 
  • Tech Reach
    Since 2005, we leverage software development to support urgent social projects. We have developed software solutions such as the Sahana Disaster Management System, Rehabilitation Management System and the 117 Disaster Management App.

Our sustainability program is based on the following core elements: health and safety, environment (Code Green), business continuity management, information security, labor standards and diversity, anti-bribery and corruption, and management engagement and social impact. 

Our sustainability program is backed by relevant certifications, policies, and employee training for these core areas. This includes certification for OHSAS 18001:2007 (health and safety), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management), ISO 22301:2012 (business continuity), and ISO 27001:2013 (information security).
