Jayajyoti Sengupta (JJ) is an accomplished leader in the global technology sector with a career spent driving transformative growth across 4 continents. As the Chief Sales Officer and leader for Growth Markets at Virtusa, JJ provides management oversight for worldwide sales as well as Virtusa’s businesses in Europe, UK, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

JJ's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Accenture, where he was a member of the Global Leadership Council, and at Cognizant, where he played a crucial role in expanding operations in both Europe and the Asia Pacific. He began his career in Management Consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers before holding roles of increasing responsibility at TCS and Infosys. JJ has been recognized as a thought leader by the international press and prestigious organizations like the World Economic Forum, all while helping his clients win multiple international awards. 

He holds post-graduate degree in Information Systems from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) as well as an Engineering degree from Jadavpur University. He has also participated in the Stanford Executive Institute from Stanford University.
