Harpreet Arora brings over 25 years of international leadership experience in technology, consulting, and banking, consistently driving growth and transformation across global markets. As the leader for the UK, Europe, and the Middle East at Virtusa, Harpreet provides management oversight over strategy, growth, and client relationships across these key geographies.

Harpreet’s extensive experience includes leadership roles at Wipro Limited, where he led Europe Consulting, the Global BFSI Consulting business, and was responsible for business value creation across all acquired Wipro entities. Prior to Wipro, Harpreet spent a decade at Infosys, holding P&L leadership roles and achieving significant growth in the European Financial Services portfolio. Earlier, he managed strategic client relationships at Ernst & Young (London) and held consulting leadership positions at Infosys in Australia, the US, and the UK. Harpreet began his career as a corporate banker with Citigroup and ICICI.

Mr. Arora holds an MBA in Finance from JBIMS and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from PEC. He has also completed executive leadership programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School.
