Mangesh Gupte leads Virtusa’s Strategic Accounts organization, driving growth and delivery excellence across some of the company’s most critical client relationships.

Currently, Mangesh heads one of Virtusa’s largest and longest-standing strategic accounts within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) segment. He is responsible for steering large-scale digital and cloud transformation programs, strengthening global delivery, and accelerating client value through innovation and execution..

Prior to Virtusa, Mangesh served as Consulting Practice Director at Oracle Financial Services Software, where he managed multiple BFS accounts and successfully scaled several into high-growth partnerships. He began his career in technology leadership roles at Mphasis, Tata Interactive Systems, and NIIT, where he was involved in rolling out major customer-facing platforms across the Asia-Pacific region.

Mangesh holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Mumbai.
