Milind Patwardhan is a results-driven leader with more than 25 years in the software industry. He has a proven track record of accelerating growth and delivering impactful results by scaling businesses and creating unique market niches. Before joining Virtusa, Milind held roles at GlobalLogic and was a founding member of Ness Technologies' Managed Labs, a worldwide provider of software engineering services. He also co-founded Challenger Systems, a startup focused on e-commerce and CRM consulting. Milind began his career in hardware systems and was part of the core team responsible for launching Dell Computers in India.

Milind holds a bachelor's degree in physics and is an avid student of history and culture. He enjoys playing competitive badminton and is actively involved in his community.
