Jay leads one of Virtusa’s most strategic global banking relationships, overseeing transformation initiatives, delivery excellence, and long-term value creation for a marquee client in the financial services sector.

With over 25 years of global experience across IT outsourcing, technology products, and domain consulting, Jay brings deep expertise in strategic account management and C-level relationship development. Since joining Virtusa in 2017, he has been instrumental in driving growth, shaping digital transformation programs, and expanding delivery capabilities across geographies for one of the company’s largest clients in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) segment.

Before Virtusa, Jay served as a Global Client Partner at Wipro, where he was responsible for key financial services accounts. Prior to that, he spent nearly 14 years at Iris Software, where he held a leadership role, focused on enterprise technology services and client engagement. He began his career as Executive Director at Ultimaa Technologies, helping drive early growth in consulting and implementation services.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Bharathiar University.
