Div Prakash leads Virtusa’s Practices organization, overseeing the development and growth of our global service lines. With a mandate to drive innovation, platform engineering, and cross-industry transformation, Div helps clients modernize their digital core and unlock enterprise value at scale.

Over his 13+ year tenure at Virtusa, Div held several strategic leadership roles across delivery and engineering, including Global Cloud, Data and Digital Platforms Offerings Head, Global Engineering Head for a flagship financial services client and Head of Delivery for XLabs, serving clients in healthcare, life sciences, and insurance. Under his leadership, Virtusa has significantly expanded its cloud-native delivery capabilities, global innovation hubs, and partner-aligned solution offerings.

Prior to Virtusa, Div held senior technology leadership roles at TruePosition, Optovia, Axiowave, and BMC Software, where he led engineering and product development for high-availability, location-based, and network management systems. He began his career at BGS Systems and Fidelity Investments, with a focus on performance engineering and capacity planning for large-scale enterprise systems.

Div holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from UMass Boston and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from BVM Engineering.
