Virtusa Recognized as a Top Employer consecutively in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. – (January 24, 2022) – Virtusa today announced that it has been named a Top Employer for 2022 in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates by the Top Employers Institute. The Top Employers Institute recognizes leading companies dedicated to discovering and nurturing talent while enriching the world of work. Virtusa was certified for the 12th consecutive year in the United Kingdom and the second consecutive year in the United Arab Emirates.

This achievement recognizes Virtusa’s best-in-class HR policies and practices, based on an independent HR Best Practices survey covering six themes—Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage, Unite. Top Employers are also rated on 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, well-being, diversity and inclusion, and more. The Top Employers Institute validated Virtusa’s survey responses before certifying the company as a top employer.
