Virtusa was presented with the Gold Award at a gala banquet held in Shanghai, China recently.
The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards are the only business awards program to recognize achievement at workplace in all the 22 nations of the Asia-Pacific region. The Stevie Awards are widely considered to be the world's premier business awards, conferring recognition for achievement in programs such as “The International Business Awards” for more than a decade.
With 86 per cent of its workforce being Millennials, Virtusa has developed an employee engagement platform, V+, which supports its internal HR programs that cater to the unique needs of the millennials.
