Role Reversal: Who Is Interviewing Who?

In the not-so-distant past, job candidates were the ones typically spending hours preparing for a job interview — learning about the company, reading recent news articles and trying to determine what questions they would likely be asked. While candidates continue to prepare for interviews, now with a heavy emphasis on social media, corporate culture and career potential, it is often the employers who are spending more time preparing for each interview. 

Sundar Narayanan, Chief People Officer for Virtusa, shares his thoughts in a Forbes article on the reversal of roles between candidates and recruiters and the changes that need to be made to the recruiting and hiring process by organizations in the current market.
