10+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Expert-level understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices (Security model, Automation strategies, Data limitations).

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce platform, advising the business on Out of the Box features vs. custom development to minimize technical debt.
Partner with Solution Architects to design scalable solutions across Health Cloud.
Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environment.
Create detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flowcharts, and data models.
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, and validation rules to build prototypes or Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including creating test plans, triaging bugs, and obtaining sign-off.
Drive user adoption through the creation of training materials and leading the sessions.
Analyze data trends and reports to recommend continuous improvements to the platform.
