Lead Software Engineer - Python/WSS
Job description
Involve in WSS server and Client installations, migrations and Upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues in production and non-production environments
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Perform in-depth analysis of incidents to determine root causes and propose both immediate fixes and long-term solutions.
Act as the first line of support for end-user queries, coordinating resolution efforts with internal IT teams and external WSS vendor partners.
Recommend and apply configuration fixes or enhancements to improve application stability and performance.
Take an active role in supporting the application lifecycle, including incident, problem, and change management processes
Oversee and execute scheduled or ad hoc deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with business users to collect requirements for bug fixes, enhancements, and small to mid-sized functional changes.
Develop and validate test scenarios with end users; conduct unit testing to ensure solution accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues in production and non-production environments.
Lead technical investigations and contribute to solution architecture and detailed design.
Design and implement customer-specific components such as reports, scripts, interfaces, and functional extensions.
Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of implemented changes, focusing on both functionality and system performance.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to confirm solution readiness.
Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
