Release Coordination and Management
Plan schedule and coordinate on-premises deployments across various applications.
Oversee and support deployments for Open Applications and Pega Applications.
Ensure successful execution of deployments occurring prior to UK business hours, including validation and issue resolution.
Deployment Automation and Monitoring
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines to automate and manage deployment workflows.
Monitor deployment health and troubleshoot issues in real-time to ensure minimal disruption.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Collaborate with Dynamics 365 teams to manage release cycles and ensure smooth integration with other enterprise systems.
Support configuration and deployment of customizations and solutions within Dynamics 365.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment on release schedules and readiness.
Maintain clear documentation of release processes, deployment steps, and rollback procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in Release Management for enterprise applications like Pega.
Hands-on experience with on-premise deployment coordination.
Familiarity with Open Applications and Pega Applications deployment processes.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI/CD and release automation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially across time zones.
Ability to work independently and manage deployments.
