Oracle SQL Developer, SPLUNK, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, Word
Domain Experience
Banking domain with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience working in enterprise-level applications
Clear understanding of cash management and liquidity management for Nostro account funding team
Understanding and experience in working with cash flows, ledgers and accounting flows, payment messages from SWIFT including MT, PACS, and CAMT messages
Technical Skills
SQL, Business Analysis, Agile
8 years of business analysis experience in banking, preferably in liquidity and cash management
Ability to quickly scale up and experience in working as part of larger initiatives
Ability to comprehend and reconcile data
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SQL
Strong focus on attention to detail and quality of delivery
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Quick learner and eager to learn
Strong knowledge in project management and practice
Must have knowledge and experience in all phases of the full software development lifecycle
Must have knowledge and experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Open to change and willing to ask and answer questions and deviate from the obvious
Qualification
Experience in application support or engineering roles with business-critical systems.
Strong knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic & Dynatrace).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as GitHub.
Knowledge of API integration, scripting, and coding.
Experience with Microsoft SQL and general database systems.
Proficiency in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
Solid understanding of networking, IIS, application/web servers, Windows Server (2008 2016), and Active Directory/DNS.
Exposure to Linux environments is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a collaborative environment.
Knowledge of transaction banking is highly regarded
