Job Title IT Project Management

Job Summary We are seeking a mid level IT Project Manager to lead and support technology initiatives, with a focus on ServiceNow Asset Registry implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive projects from planning through execution.
Job Duties Manage end to end project lifecycle for IT initiatives, including planning execution, monitoring, and closure.
Lead ServiceNow Asset Registry implementation project, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Facilitate regular status meetings, track progress, and manage risks and issues.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Monitor project performance using data driven metrics, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and leadership to ensure alignment.
Prepare and present project updates and documentation to stakeholders.
Job Requirements 7 years of experience in IT project management.
Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in modules related to asset management, ITSM, or CMDB.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated self-starter mentality capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Working Hours: Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
