Job description
We are seeking an experienced Process Mining Specialist with over 7 years of experience in process improvement, analytics, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process mining tools like Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio, or Disco, with the ability to turn system event logs into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute end-to-end process mining projects across various business functions (e.g., finance, procurement, operations, supply chain).
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) to create process models and dashboards in process mining platforms.
Analyze process flows and identify inefficiencies, compliance deviations, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate findings, identify root causes, and recommend improvement strategies.
Develop and maintain process mining KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by integrating process insights into Lean/Six Sigma or digital transformation programs.
Work with IT and data engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and data quality for process mining.
Provide training and coaching to business users and analysts on process mining methodologies and tools.

Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in process mining and the rest in process improvement, analytics, or business transformation.
Strong hands-on experience with Celonis, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining, Disco, or similar tools.
Proficiency in data querying languages like SQL and experience with ETL processes.
Good understanding of enterprise systems (ERP/CRM), particularly SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Solid background in process mapping, BPMN, and business analysis.
Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
