Job Summary We are seeking a mid level Business Analyst with strong communication and documentation skills to support cross functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Job Duties Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive alignment.
Confirm requirements with stakeholders, manage approvals, and ensure alignment across business and IT teams.
Support project teams through the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Create and maintain process flows, use cases, and other documentation artifacts.
Produce clear and structured BRDs, FRDs, or user stories.
Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
Communicate effectively with technical teams, business units, and leadership.
Job Requirements 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Proficiency with workflow tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
Expertise in documenting BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and maybe SQL (not a must).
Experience with ServiceNow implementations is a plus, but not a requirement.
Working Hours: Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
