Application Process Development
Design develop test and deploy applications workflows and automation solutions
Build scalable maintainable components that align with technical architecture and business requirements

Maintain accurate documentation for development work processes and system configurations
2 Requirement Analysis Solution Design
Collaborate with business users and the PAD Lead to gather requirements and understand process gaps
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations
3 System Integration Optimization
Develop and integrate APIs connectors and data workflows between systems
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Optimize performance data quality and system reliability
4 Testing Quality Assurance
Conduct unit testing integration testing and support UAT activities
Debug troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications and workflows
Ensure compliance with coding standards and quality checks
5 Support Maintenance
Provide technical support for production systems and applications
Analyze incident tickets identify root causes and implement corrective measures
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and stability
Required Skills Experience
37 years of experience in application development or process workflow development
Proficiency with tools technologies relevant to your environment such as
Workflow automation platforms eg Power Apps Power Automate UiPath Nintex Appian Mendix etc
Programming languages eg JavaScript Python C Java or others depending on tech stack
Database skills SQL data modeling
Strong knowledge of process mapping requirements analysis and system design
Experience integrating applications using APIs web services or data connectors
Good understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and version control Git
Strong debugging problemsolving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
