Job description
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing Commercial Lending business processes loan origination, servicing, credit risk, collateral management and payment processes wire transfers, ACH/EFT, real-time payments).
Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements using various techniques interviews, workshops, surveys, etc.
Develop high-quality deliverables, including
User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for Agile development.Detailed Process Flow Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams.
Interface Specifications and API documentation for upstream and downstream system integration.
Impact Assessments for proposed changes to payments infrastructure or lending platforms Loan IQ, ACBS, nCino
Domain Expertise Solutioning
Act as the subject matter expert on both Commercial Lending lifecycle and various Payment Rails Schemes relevant to the Canadian and North American market.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design viable and sustainable technical solutions that meet business needs and align with enterprise architecture standards.
Analyze the impact of new payment regulations Canadian Retail Payments Modernization on commercial lending operations and define necessary system changes.
Project Execution Support
Support the Product Owner in maintaining and grooming the product backlog, prioritizing requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing UAT and system integration testing, ensuring solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
Support post-implementation activities, including training, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
