Virtusa Announces Date of Second Quarter 2016 Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

Westborough, MA – (October 21, 2015) – Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ GS: VRTU) a global IT services company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, today announced that it will report its fiscal second quarter for the three months ending September 30, 2015 before the U.S. financial markets open on Wednesday, November 4, 2015.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s financial results and financial guidance.
