Virtusa Announces Date of Second Quarter 2015 Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

Westborough, MA – (October 13, 2014) – Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ GS: VRTU), a global business consulting and IT outsourcing company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, today announced that it will report its fiscal second quarter for the three months ending September 30, 2014 after the U.S. financial markets close on Thursday, October 30, 2014.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s financial results and financial guidance.
