Virtusa Announces Date of First Quarter 2015 Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

Westborough, MA  (July 14, 2014)  Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ GS: VRTU), a global business consulting and IT outsourcing company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, today announced that it will report its fiscal first quarter for the three months ending June 30, 2014 after the U.S. financial markets close on Tuesday, August 5, 2014.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company's financial results and financial guidance.
