Virtusa Announces Date of Third Quarter Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

Westborough, MA – (January 13, 2014) – Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global business consulting and IT outsourcing company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, today announced that it will report its fiscal third quarter 2014 financial results for the three months ending December 31, 2013 after the U.S. financial markets close on Thursday, January 30, 2014.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s financial results and financial guidance.
