Virtusa Announces Date of Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2014 Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

Westborough, MA (April 28, 2014) Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ GS: VRTU), a global business consulting and IT outsourcing company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, today announced that it will report its fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2014 financial results for the three months and full year ending March 31, 2014 after the U.S. financial markets close on Monday, May 12, 2014.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company's financial results and financial guidance.
