Bangalore- (July 01, 2013): Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global business consulting and IT outsourcing company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, today announced that, Darshana Pai, vice president and head of the Hyderabad Delivery Center for Virtusa Corporation, has been recognized by IACC (Indo American Chamber of Commerce) as the Best Woman Corporate Leader in a US company in India. The award was presented at the prestigious 9th Indo-American Corporate Excellence Awards (I-ACE 2013) ceremony held today.

Ms. Pai received the award for her contributions under the criteria of promoting Indo-US Trade, Financial Excellence, Corporate Social Responsibility, Development of Human Capital and their impact on the respective markets.

This coveted award was presented by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Prithviraj Chavan.
