Virtusa Reschedules Date of Second Quarter Fiscal 2013 Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast Due to Hurricane Sandy

Westborough, MA – (October 29, 2012) – Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global IT services company that offers a broad range of information technology services, including IT consulting, technology implementation, and application outsourcing services, today announced that due to Hurricane Sandy, it will now report its fiscal second quarter 2013 financial results for the three months ending September 30, 2012 after the U.S. financial markets close on Thursday November 1, 2012.

Virtusa will host a conference call on Thursday November 1, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s financial results and financial guidance.
