CRF Institute Recognizes Company for Demonstrating HR excellence
WESTBOROUGH, Mass - March 28, 2012 - Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global IT services company that offers a broad range of information technology services, including IT consulting, technology implementation, and application outsourcing services, today announced it has been certified by the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) Institute for the second year in a row as one of Britain’s Top Employers for 2012. The company scored exceptionally well in the categories of Secondary Benefits & Working Conditions, Training and Development, and Career Development.
Now in its 12th year, Britain’s Top Employers uses international standards and independent research done by the CRF Institute to identify those companies excelling in HR management. Virtusa was recognized for its outstanding HR policies, exceptional working conditions and exceptional training and career development programs. Companies were assessed based on key HR-related areas including Primary Benefits, Secondary Benefits & Working Conditions, Training and Development, Career Development, and Company Culture.

This year’s certified organizations were recognized at an awards dinner on March 22 at The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London.
