Virtusa Announces Date of First Quarter 2013 Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

Westborough, MA - (July 12, 2012) - Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global IT services company that offers a broad range of information technology services, including IT consulting, technology implementation, and application outsourcing services, today announced that it will report its fiscal first quarter 2013 financial results for the three months ending June 30, 2012 after the U.S. financial markets close on Monday, July 30, 2012.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company's financial results and financial guidance.
