Virtusa Announces Date of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2012 Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

Westborough, MA - (April 11, 2012) - Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global IT services company that offers a broad range of information technology services, including IT consulting, technology implementation, and application outsourcing services, today announced that it will report its fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results for the three months and full year ending March 31, 2012 after the U.S. financial markets close on Wednesday, May 9, 2012.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s financial results and financial guidance.
