Virtusa Announces Date of Second Quarter Fiscal 2012 Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

Westborough, MA – (October 17, 2011) – Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global IT services company that offers a broad range of information technology services, including IT consulting, technology implementation and application outsourcing services, today announced that it will report its fiscal second quarter financial results for the three months ending September 30, 2011 after the U.S. financial markets close on Wednesday, November 2, 2011.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s financial results and financial guidance.
