Virtusa Announces Date of First Quarter Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

Westborough, MA – (July 13, 2010) – Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global information technology (IT) services company that provides IT consulting, technology implementation and application outsourcing services through an enhanced global delivery model, today announced that it will report its fiscal first quarter financial results for the three months ending June 30, 2010 after the U.S. financial markets close on Wednesday, July 28, 2010.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s financial results and financial guidance.
