Virtusa Announces Date of Second Quarter Fiscal 2008 Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

WESTBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 2007--Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global information technology (IT) services company that provides IT consulting, technology implementation and application outsourcing services through an offshore delivery model, today announced that it will report its second quarter 2008 financial results and provide financial guidance for its third quarter and fiscal year 2008 before the U.S. financial markets open on Wednesday, October 31, 2007.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on October 31, 2007 at 8:00 am Eastern time to discuss the Company's financial results and financial guidance.
