Westborough, MA - August 28, 2006 - Virtusa Corporation, a global provider of software development and IT services, today announced the appointment of Rowland Moriarty to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. This addition brings Virtusa’s Board to a total of eight members.
Mr. Moriarty currently serves as Chairman at Charles River Associates, as well as Chairman of the Board at Wright Express Corporation. Additionally, he is a Director of Trammell Crow Company and Staples.

From 1981-1992, Mr. Moriarty was a professor at Harvard Business School. He holds a D.B.A. from Harvard University, an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. from Rutgers University.
