Virtusa Corporation Inaugurates Second Facility in Hyderabad, India

Plans To Recruit 400 More to Grow the Indian Operation

Westborough, August 27, 2003– Virtusa Corporation, a global provider in software development and related IT services, today inaugurated its second facility in Hyderabad , India . Located in the heart of the city, the new facility will accommodate over 400 people.

"We are growing rapidly due to our highly differentiated value proposition and our ability to deliver consistent business benefits to global 2000 and industry leading software vendors. Virtusa's new facility will help us house more than 400 new employees that we will hire over the next six to seven months," said Kris Canekeratne, CEO of Virtusa. "This expansion is part of our plans to further invest in our Advanced Technology Center and global infrastructure," he added.

The new facility will be a world-class facility, similar to Virtusa's existing locations in the US, India, and Sri Lanka, offering Virtusans a comfortable and state-of-the-art working environment needed for optimum performance.
