International Women’s Day 2026

#GiveToGain

When we give, we gain

International Women’s Day 2026 at Virtusa marks a significant shift in how we approach workplace culture and gender equality. Our theme for International Women’s Day 2026 is #GiveToGain. We are focused on a mindset of generosity and collaboration that recognizes the immense power of reciprocity. When people, organizations, and communities give generously, opportunities and support for women increase significantly. We view giving as intentional multiplication rather than a simple transaction.

Our objective is to foster a workplace culture where support and empowerment are actively given through mentoring, visibility, and training. We believe that when we invest in these areas, all women employees gain equal footing, growth, and recognition. This year’s International Women’s Day initiatives are all about building an environment where everyone rises together through abundant giving.

True equity requires intention. We are committed to a culture where support and visibility are actively given through mentorship and fair practices. When we invest in this way, we ensure women gain the equal footing and recognition they deserve."
