When is the event?

The dates of the meeting are 1^st – 3^rd June 2022

Please plan to arrive in Bangalore on Wednesday 1^st June by 5pm and plan to depart on Friday 3^rd June after 4pm.

What is the exact location?

What are the parking arrangements and directions?

For those who will be driving to the venue, there is parking available onsite.

What are the transfer arrangements for those who are flying to Bangalore?

Please arrange for a cab, Uber, or Lyft upon arrival to take you to the hotel.

What are the accommodation arrangements?

The company will be paying for your accommodation for the nights of 1^st and 2^nd June 2022. Any additional nights will have to be paid for by the individual upon check out. A special pre and post room rate has been arranged.

What is the dress code and expected weather?

This is a business meeting. Business smart for the day and smart dress for the gala night on Thursday 2^nd June is advised. Please note the temperature in June averages 30 degrees centigrade (86 degrees F). With air conditioning, the meeting rooms can sometimes feel cool. Please dress accordingly.

What food will be served at the event?

All meals will be provided, and we will cater to all requirements (non-vegetarian, vegetarian, vegan, and kosher). Please ensure you highlight any special requirements or food allergies during the registration process.

Can my spouse and children attend, too?

As this is a business meeting, spouses and children are not allowed to attend.
