Job description
Program Management:Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
System Design:Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to review system designs, understand technical trade-offs, and ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
Technical Background:Apply strong technical knowledge (e.g., software development lifecycle, architecture, APIs, cloud systems) to effectively communicate with engineers and make informed program decisions.
Planning:Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans; manage risks, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution across multiple projects.
Reporting:Track program progress through metrics, dashboards, and status reports; communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams; align stakeholders on goals, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication throughout the program lifecycle.
