Drive execution through agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and release planning. Support the team through the various migration phases (build, parallel test, ramp up, cutover, fallback and decommission)
Partner closely with engineering leaders to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
Coordinate functional tests, performance validation, and end-to-end readiness assessments.
Facilitate alignment across domains on migration strategy, risk controls, customer impact, and timeline.
Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decisions.Model data solutions for high performance and reliability. Work extensively with Python for data processing and automation.Develop and optimize SQL queries for Postgres, SQLServer, or

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements and communicate with both engineering and leadership stakeholders.Experience working in Agile development environments.
Data-oriented mindset with ability to define KPIs and use analytics to drive decision-making.
