Job description

  1. Onshore- Localization Manager

Key Responsibilities

    •  
    • Localization Process Design
    • Define and execute localization strategy for global website launches, marketing initiatives, and campaigns in alignment with business and regional needs.
    • Develop country coverage and content prioritization strategies, partnering with BG leaders and regional stakeholders to align localization scope with market impact.
    • Drive AI and automation initiatives within localization by piloting tools, assessing performance, and contributing recommendations for broader adoption.
    • Lead and manage customer-facing web localization programs, ensuring consistent brand representation and high-quality multilingual user experiences across global markets.
    • Manage and improve the localization validation and QA process, partnering with BG and Geo leads and their agencies/contractors to establish workflow, contacts, and SLAs.
    • Facilitate coordination across global teams and external partners to ensure alignment, efficiency, and continued satisfaction.
    • Create a governance approach and optimize processes for efficiency and scale

Ongoing Localization Oversight

    • Ownership of ongoing localization validation processes, status tracking, and geo alignment.
    • Oversee the delivery of high-volume localized web content across multiple country sites and languages, maintaining speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
    • Manage day-to-day localization operations, ensuring reliable multilingual functionality and continuously improving workflows and processes.
    • Lead end-to-end release cycles from content intake and scoping through publishing, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
    • Localization Operations
    • Serves as single point of contact for LILT contracts, tool enhancements, planning, and vendor management .
    • Track performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational optimization.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for localization projects to ensure predictable and efficient execution.
