Ability to effectively adapt under changing task priorities and in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAFe Agile software development and collaboration tools such as Rally Software, Atlassian Suite, and Slack.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology is ideal.Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase roadmap for migrating risk functionality from the legacy authorization platform to the new authorization system and/or network layers.Identify modernization opportunities, including simplification, consolidation, performance improvements, and enhanced network-based risk decisioning.Partner closely with engineering leaders to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to architectural standards.Coordinate functional tests, performance validation, and end-to-end readiness assessments.Facilitate alignment across domains on migration strategy, risk controls, customer impact, and timeline.Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.Required:5–8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in payments, risk systems, platform modernization, or large-scale technology transformation.Define your product vision and your roadmap by working with leadership, key stakeholders, and partners
