Role: UX Researcher, Design & Performance
We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX Researcher who can act as an immediate thought leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of quantitative rigor and deep design acumen, ready to shape how we use data to drive design quality.
FOCUS AREA |
KEY CAPABILITY REQUIRED |
Research Foundation |
Establishes the GFiber UX research function from scratch. Can independently design, execute, and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative studies. |
Design Performance |
Has a baseline understanding of our current design systems and can establish UX metrics to measure the success of our design language, component library, and core user flows within the GFiber ecosystem. |
Statistical Rigor |
Expert in statistical analysis and tools to derive confident, actionable insights from complex, internal data sets (e.g., product usage, behavioral data). |
Strategic Influence |
Can work closely with Product, Business, and Design leaders to define the research roadmap, prioritize ambiguous requests from cross-functional partners, and translate findings into compelling, data-backed product narratives. |
Experience Level |
5+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively and autonomously in our fast-moving, high-impact environment. |
