Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals. Work with QA teams to define test cases and ensure quality delivery through user acceptance testing (UAT). Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments for proposed changes and enhancements. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).</span></td></tr></tbody></table>
