UX/UI Designer:
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive UX/UI Designer with proven experience in end-to-end design processes for digital banking or enterprise-scale products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, and AI-driven design tools, and a strong understanding of screen design versioning, asset management, and resource consolidation through tools like Zeplin. The candidate should have contributed to large-scale digital revamps or platform uplift projects, and demonstrate both creative thinking and systems-level design maturity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across mobile and web banking channels
Translate user stories and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
Leverage Figma AI, wireframing automation, and component-based design to accelerate design cycles and support multiple concurrent sprints
Manage screen handover to development teams using tools like Zeplin, ensuring accuracy in design specs, assets, and responsiveness behavior
Drive design system consistency by consolidating approved screens, components, and patterns across projects and maintaining version control
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and product owners in an Agile Scrum environment
Participate in UX research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user behavior and analytics
Document design rationale and interface behavior to ensure seamless implementation across internal and external development teams.
