Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Direct global, multi-disciplinary engineering organizations to deliver complex SaaS, cloud-native, and fintech platforms for enterprise and Fortune 500 clients.
Engineering Excellence: Institutionalize Agile/DevOps maturity using DORA and SPACE metrics to improve release cadence, stability, and developer experience.
Architectural Oversight: Lead the re-architecture of legacy systems into scalable, resilient microservice-based ecosystems utilizing Kubernetes, APIs, and modern frontend frameworks like React and Flutter.
Operational Governance: Oversee technology operations, resource planning, and compliance (ISO9001/27001), ensuring alignment between offshore execution and global business goals.
Talent & Culture: Mentor engineering managers and senior architects, establish competency excellence groups, and foster a culture of continuous learning and AI-assisted development.
External Advocacy: Represent the organization at global industry forums and serve as a technical consultant to executive stakeholders and vendors.Qualifications
Experience: 20+
- years of experience in software engineering, with significant tenure in executive leadership roles (CTO, VP, or Senior Director).
Technical Depth: Proven track record in cloud migration (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and telecom/banking monetization engines.
Education: * M.Sc. in Computer Science (Software Architecture) with high academic standing.- B.Sc. Eng. (Hons) in Computer Science & Engineering (First Class Honors).
Skills: Expertise in navigating global acquisitions, managing high-performance teams (up to 1000TPS scale), and implementing AI tools like Cursor and ChatGPT in the SDLC.
