Associate - (CREQ135801)


1. Provide Level 2 application support for the customer.
2.Follow up on system and transaction errors and get them cleared.
3.Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
4.Work according to a roster including Saturday and public holidays.
5.Provide 24/7 on-call support.
6.Provide resolution to tickets and Mails.
7.Assist to L3 teams for deployments.
1.2+ years of Industry experience, Including 1 year experience on Telco Domain (Preferred).
2.Hands on experience on ticketing systems.
3.Hands on experience on scripting (Shell/Python/Java).
4.Hands on experience on SOAP / XML.
5.Hands on knowledge on SQL or PL/SQL.
6.Hands on experience on Windows Server or Linux.
7.Knowledge ITIL Processors.
1.Degree or equivalent in IT/Computing related field is preferred.
Desired Skills (Good to Have):
1.Hands on experience on REST.
2.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
3.Customer support and customer satisfaction experience preferred.
4.Good verbal, written skills and interpersonal skills. Presents information effectively.
5.Good working knowledge of customer requirements.
6.Knowledge on Mobile Number Portability.
