• 4–6 years of professional experience in web development, with at least 3 years focused on frontend/UI.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience leading projects and successfully taking applications to production.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces using React, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Drive projects from conception to production, demonstrating ownership and leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and scrum team members to deliver high-quality features in an Agile environment.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in UI/UX and web development.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
