Requirements Management Gather, refine, and formally document business and functional requirements (including user stories, use cases, and process flows) to ensure clarity and alignment with strategic goals.
Stakeholder Communication Connect with and manage multiple stakeholders (business users, technical teams, subject matter experts, and management) across different functions to facilitate effective communication and consensus on requirements and solutions.
Methodology Adherence Work effectively within an agile environment, leveraging extensive knowledge of the Scrum framework to participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Tool Proficiency Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage the requirements lifecycle, track user stories, defects, and tasks, and generate reports on project status.
Solution Design Collaborate closely with product owners and development teams to propose and validate innovative technology solutions that address complex business problems and comply with industry regulations.
Testing and Validation Assist in the creation of test plans and scenarios, and actively support quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet specified requirements.
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Strong practical knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
Hands on experience with JIRA for requirements management and project tracking.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of successfully connecting with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
