Job description
What the contractor is going to do
o Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports integrated with Snowflake/SQL based data sources.
o Optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability.
o Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
o Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Tableau solutions.
• Skills (technical and non-technical) & experience :
Technical Skills
• Tableau: Advanced development skills, including calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, and dashboard optimization.
• SQL: ability to write complex queries, joins, and performance tuning.
• Snowflake (good to have): Experience in querying and integrating Snowflake data sources.
• Data Modelling: Understanding of relational and dimensional models.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to troubleshoot and improve dashboard performance.
Non-Technical Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and translate requirements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
Experience
• Experience with delivering enterprise-level Tableau dashboards.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.
• Previous experience in financial or data analytics projects is a plus.
