Job Summary: The ServiceNow AI Developer is responsible for designing,
developing, and deploying AI - driven capabilities on the ServiceNow
platform, including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search,
Virtual Agent, and integration with external LLMs or AI ecosyst ems.
The role focuses on building intelligent workflows, enhancing user
experiences with generative AI, implementing AI - based
automations, and enabling AI asset lifecycle functions. The
developer collaborates with architects, product owners, data
teams, an d platform engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions
aligned with enterprise standards and governance
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and configure AI - powered applications on the
ServiceNow platform using Now Assist, Generative AI,
Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence.
• Implement and maintain AI Search (semantic search),
embeddings, and relevance models.
• Build conversational workflows and Virtual Agent topics
with intent detection and LLM - based responses.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external AI ecosystems (e.g.
Google AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) using REST,
Integration Hub, or custom connectors.
• Configure Prompt Management, AI Models, AI Systems, AI
Datasets, and AI Prompts within ServiceNow AI Asset
Management.
• Implement AI - driven use cases such as incident
summarization, automated classification, assignment
predictions, and knowledge article generation.
• Work with ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence to configure
classification models, similarity solutions, and clustering.
• Develop reusable prompt templates, test outputs, tune AI
model behaviors, and ensure response quality.
• Collaborate with IRM and Governance teams to implement
compliance and risk controls for AI workflows.
• Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring of
AI features and integrations.
• Provide documentation, technical specifications, and KT for
AI solutions and enhancements.
• Follow upgrade - safe development standards and ensure
Required Skill • Strong hands - on experience with ServiceNow development
(Glide, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Business Rules).
